As you already know, Surface Duo is a foldable Tablet / Phone hybrid with Dual screens which you can open and close like you do with a book. Since this has been in development for a while, Microsoft wasn't able to put the latest Snapdragon 865 or 865+ chipsets on the Surface Duo.
