Google has officially launched the Pixel 5 5G Android smartphones as well as Pixel 4A 5G. These phones are now available to pre-order online from Amazon US ( check here ). Pixel 5 has a launch price tag of $699 while Pixel 4A 5G will cost you $499. Pixel 5 is available in two colors - Just Black and Sorta Sage.
Google Pixel 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor and Adreno 620 GPU. It features a 6 inch Full HD+ OLED display with 90hz refresh rate support. Pixel 5 comes with 8GB of ram and has 128GB of internal storage. As always, it ships with the latest Android version - Android 11.
In the camera department, there are two cameras on the back. The main camera is a 12.2MP sensor with an F1.7 aperture lens. This time around, Google has opted to fit the flagship Pixel phone with an ultra-wide-angle lens instead of the telephoto lens we saw on the Pixel 4 series. It features a 16MP ultra-wide lens with an F2.2 aperture lens. On the front, you get an 8MP F2.0 aperture lens for your selfies.
Pixel 5 is equipped with a 4000mAh battery which when you compare to older pixel phones is a great upgrade. It supports 18W USB Type-C fast charging as well as supports Wireless and Reverse Wireless Charging.
