Sony Xperia 5 III XQBQ62/B up for pre-order on Amazon US

Sony Xperia 5 III XQBQ62/B has been out for a few months now. However, it wasn't available to purchase in the US, that is until now. Sony Electronics Inc has announced Xperia 5 III is now available to purchase in United States. Amazon US already has this up for pre-order. It costs $999.99 in the US. You can also get a Free Sony WF-1000XM3 Noise Canceling Truly Wireless Earbuds with purchase ( Launch Bundle Offer valid till February 27, 2022 ). 

Sony Xperia 5 III XQBQ62/B is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset and features a 120Hz 6.1 inch HDR OLED FHD+ display “powered by CineAlta”. It has a 21:9 aspect ratio and a native resolution of 2520 x 1080 pixels. Other display features include  240Hz Motion blur reduction, 240Hz Touch scanning rate, DCI-P3 100%, ITU-R BT.2020 (REC.2020), Illuminant D65 White point, 10 bit tonal gradation etc. 

It comes 8GB of ram and has 128GB UFS internal memory. If you need more storage space, you can make use of the micro sdcard slot available ( up to 1 TB supported ). Sony has equipped this model with a 4500mAh battery and supports USB Power Delivery (USB PD) fast charging. 

In the camera department, Sony has equipped the Xperia 5 III XQBQ62/B with 3 cameras at the back. The main 12MP sensor offers a 24mm focal length and has an F1.7 aperture lens. The telephoto 12MP sensor offer 2 focal lengths - 70 mm ( F2.3) and 105 mm ( F2.8 ). The third 12MP sensor on the back lets you shoot ultra-wide-angle photo with it's 16 mm focal length lens. In the video department, this model comes Cinematography Pro "powered by CineAlta," app and supports up to 4K HDR Movie recording ( 24, 25, 30, 60 and 120 fps slow-motion ).
